Winthrop & Co. is an independent consulting firm specializing in  the financial services space.  We are experts in transitioning wealth managers and financial advisors looking to make a change from their current bank, wirehouse, broker-dealer, RIA, or custodian.  From very large producing teams to smaller individual producers, we are a one-stop firm. Winthrop & Co has successfully built strong relationships over the years within the space with the best firms in the world.

The Winthrop & Co. headquarters is located in the Greater Boston area, but we recruit all over the country for our clients. We have built a strong organization since our inception and continue to grow and add amazing professionals to our team.
