BOSTON, MA — Winthrop & Co. announced that Harrison Davis, formerly a financial advisor with the Coren Edelman Group of Morgan Stanley, has joined the firm as an Executive Transition Consultant. Davis brings seven years of wealth management experience during a period of significant advisor movement and growing demand for independent solutions.
Davis previously advised affluent families on multigenerational wealth strategies and guided high-earning tech professionals through equity compensation and concentrated stock planning. His background positions him to help financial advisors evaluate their options in today's evolving landscape.
"When deciding what's best for your practice and clients, it's important to take stock of what's currently working, where things can improve, and ask yourself: 'Am I being fairly compensated?'" Davis stated.
At Winthrop & Co., Davis will work with advisors seeking greater clarity and control over their business. A graduate of The Catholic University of America with a BSBA in Finance, Davis brings an advisor-first perspective to the firm's transition consulting team.
