Taylor is a co-founder of Winthrop & Co. and brings a long track record of building and leading recruiting organizations. He has managed large teams, navigated countless transitions, and understands how to balance firm objectives with what advisors truly need to thrive. Taylor is personable and easy to talk to, yet highly disciplined in follow-through and communication.

Advisors appreciate his ability to listen closely, frame the real issue quickly, and keep every stakeholder aligned throughout the process. When Taylor isn't spending his free time with his wife and daughter he enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, and clearing his head at the gym.

Tyler leads marketing at Winthrop & Co., shaping how the firm positions itself in the market and how advisors experience the brand from first touch to final decision. With a background in digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns, he builds the narratives and creative that make the firm's voice unmistakable.

Tyler also plays an active role in executive recruiting and advisor consulting, leveraging relationships with representatives across the industry to match advisors with platforms that fit both their culture and ambitions. A former Division I baseball player, he brings a competitive mindset, strong preparation, and calm execution to every interaction, ensuring that both the brand and the process feel precise, modern, and relentlessly on the advisor's side.

Corey draws on years of recruiting experience and a strong grasp of the competitive landscape to help advisors move with confidence. He is a true go-getter who combines market insight with a bias toward action, making sure opportunities are identified early and evaluated on facts.

Before joining Winthrop & Co., Harrison advised affluent families at Morgan Stanley, focusing on multi-generational wealth strategies and complex planning. He worked closely with high-earning tech professionals on equity compensation, concentrated stock positions, and risk management.

That front-line experience gives him a rare perspective when guiding advisors who are now rethinking their own platform and economics. Harrison speaks the language of both clients and advisors, and he uses that lens to help practitioners design moves that upgrade their tools, protect relationships, and build long-term enterprise value.

Harrison lives in MA with his wife, Nicole, son, Calvin, and cat, Todd. They enjoy going on family adventures to Lake Winnipesaukee and Seabrook Beach, spending time playing 45s and other games with family and friends, and supporting their New England Patriots.
